Refund & Return Policy – Water EveryDrop

At Water EveryDrop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — a product might arrive damaged, be incorrect, or not arrive at all. This policy outlines how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You did not receive the product within the estimated delivery time
  • The product was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • You are not satisfied with the product and wish to return it

🕒 Note: All return/refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging (unless it arrived damaged)
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or invoice) is required
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item may be requested

3. Refund Process

Once we approve your return or refund request:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., Stripe or PayPal)
  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund (with your consent)

4. Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged and you’d prefer an exchange rather than a refund:

  • We will ship a replacement product at no extra cost to you
  • Shipping times for replacements may vary based on product availability

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping charges

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used filters or opened consumable products
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such on the product page)

7. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund request:

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or PayPal account again
  2. Contact your bank or credit card provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@watereverydrop.com

We may update this policy at any time without prior notice.
